Hae-Sup Sin

Hae-Sup Sin (born 1991) is a Swiss-Korean director from Opfikon (Switzerland). During his Bachelor's degree in Film Studies at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), he gained a foundation in filmmaking and discovered his passion for cross-cultural stories, which he further explored with his self-produced short film Unfamiliar Familiar after graduating. Since 2022 he is honing his skills in the Master's program in Feature Film Direction at ZHdK. His short films have been screened at various international film festivals. He is currently working on his first feature film, Some Korean Summer.
